	PKSCA Eye Dotting Ceremony - March 29, 2008 Waterfront Park, Portland, Ore. Below is pictures from the March 29th PKSCA Eye Dotting Ceremony at Waterfront Park. Lion Dancers, Ceremonial drummers, Buddhist monks and Representatives of the Chinese community conducted an ancient ritual to insure the safety and success of the dragon boats and paddlers.
